Free PSN Store Credits for PS4 Gamers

To celebrate Playstation's November 15th Birthday, Sony is giving US and Canada PS4 owners a special promotional voucher in every Playstation 4 box.

Each PS4 console box will come packed with a $10 Sony Entertainment Network credit to use at the PlayStation Store. Thirty day free Playstation Plus membership trial and a Thirty day free music Unlimited service trial.

Considering the PS4 is already $100 cheaper than the Xbox 1 and PS3, it's nice for Sony to include a little something extra.

Access millions and songs through music unlimited right out of the PS4 Box or spend your $10 dollar credit towards anything you like in the Playstation store, including all new Playstation 4 launch games like, Call of Duty Ghosts, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Battlefield 4 and Killzone: Shadow Fall.

There are no strings attached to these gifts, though Sony is no doubt hoping PS4 owners will quickly get used to having Music Unlimited and PS Plus and follow up their trials with full subscriptions. Sony Music Unlimited is Sony's streaming music service. Subscriptions are available for $4.99 per month.

Of course, what they don't tell you is that anyone can sign up for a 30-day trial of Music Unlimited from the service's website.
PlayStation Plus, on the other hand, gives access to an ever-evolving selection of free and discounted downloadable games, not to mention online multiplayer on the PS4.

Subscriptions to PS Plus cost as much as $9.99 per month or as little as $49.99 a year, and free trials are not so easy to come by.

After many months of anticipation, we're now only 6 days away from the launch of Playstation 4 in the U.S. and Canada. Beginning at Midnight 15 November, you will be able to see for yourself what the future of gaming looks like.

The Playstation network now expands to a wide variety of great digital entertainment, including multiplayer gameplay, movies on demand, popular TV shows and premium cloud based music streaming app.
