A lot of people were anxiously waiting for the beta from developer Epic initially on Xbox 360 exclusive. Gears of War is one of the more popular franchises on consoles, and is expected to be a very popular (and good of course) online game.

The beta is set to release Today, 18th of April to some, and to public on 25th April, ending about 3 and a half weeks later, on the 15th of May.

How to Get Gears of War 3 Beta

For those who want to get in on some of that action, it can be done by pre-ordering the game or by picking up a copy of the Epic Edition of the first person shooter, Bulletstorm:
  1. Bulletstorm Epic Edition Having this Xbox 360 game will allow you access to the beta at an earlier date than anyone else, a week earlier to be exact, letting you start playing on April 18th.
  2. Pre-order GoW3 This is the only other way to get access, all you have to do is simply go to your local games store, pre-order your game, and you should be given a code which can then be redeemed on Xbox Live for access to the beta on the later date of April 25th.
Access will be provided through the Xbox Live Marketplace for all countries, and a download (around 2GB from experience) will be required. Here are few video about the games new episode:
