There has not been any official announcement so far on the Nexus 8 release date but as things currently stand, it is highly likely to be released during the festive season. Google is likely to launch it during this period to try and make lots of selling during the spending festivity of Christmas 2014.

The new Nexus 8 price in US is expected to be 269.99$ for 16GB and 299.99$ for 32GB WiFi only models.

4G LTE support is another feature sure to be perfectly incorporated in Nexus 8, if this is the case Nexus 8 is sure to guarantee some of the best fast and reliable internet connectivity speeds. Download speeds are thus sure to be taken a notch higher. Wireless charging is one of the features that Google is sure to incorporate in Nexus 8 so that it maintains the high end device feature.

It is also rumored that the device will be loaded with a WI-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, a HDMI port. News on the battery power have not started coming out but according to the latest trends it is highly likely to feature powerful battery able to guarantee up to a minimum of 5 Hours on battery power on full brightness.

Recently, Google has cut the Nexus 4 price in US to $199, aimed at Nexus 4 2013 phone launch to compete with new mobile phones coming out including Samsung Galaxy Note3, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, LG G2, htc ONE max in Q4, 2013.
