Autonomous Driverless Google Cars that drive itself with potential as Future Cars for Legally blind persons, has successfully passed the license test in U.S.

Driverless Google Cars that has been issued a formal registration by U.S government are still in the design and testing stages, but Google hopes to attract investment for the this Future Car Project.

Google Self Driving Cars that drives themselves, currently being tested by Google, has obtained a license plate in Nevada, officials said that State of the American West. This is the first license plate given to the U.S. this type of vehicle. This step was taken after a recent demonstration performed in Las Vegas.

Google Self-Driving Car Project for Legally blind Persons

Google Self-Driving Car Project was announced in 2010 to make driving safer, more enjoyable, and more efficient. Having safely completed over 200,000 miles of autonomous computer-led driving, Google finally made the dream of self driving cars for Legally blind people a reality.Meet Steve, a legally blind persons, who joined Google for a special drive on a carefully programmed route to experience being behind the wheel in a whole new way. Google organized this test as a technical experiment, and expect it to be a promising look at what autonomous technology may one day deliver if rigorous technology and safety standards can be met:


Google Driverless Cars use Google Maps, Cameras, Radars and Laser Sensor

Google Toyota Prius , now allowed, is modified and equipped with video cameras, radar and a laser sensor enabling it to perceive the surrounding traffic. The navigation system of the vehicle following further detailed maps to reach its destination. Google ensures it would be safer and probably more fun to travel well. The procedure for authorization of operation of the vehicle are not known.

Google Self Driving Future Cars named Infinity

Google Driverless Cars license plate - the symbol "infinity" followed by the digits 001 - is red, to be easily identifiable by the police or the public. The head of the department of motor vehicles in Nevada, said:
I felt that using the symbol "infinity" was the best way to represent the car of the future.
The State makes no secret he hopes to attract Google to develop, test and manufacture the automatic vehicles.
